The area's department ward is considering a name amendment. Well, not accurately. Traverse City Area Public Schools (TCAPS) boar members are considering calling some of *buildings* something poles apart. They want to get with the drift elsewhere in the country, and give new name the 6th-through-8th rank middling schools, instead of calling them junior highs. It could crop up by fall.
